Oysters Co is an upscale, mobile Oyster & Raw Bar Caterer bringing an innovative and entertaining touch to your events. Executive Chef Christopher Murphy will create a custom menu to fit any event. Want something extra? Our show-stopping grilled oysters or our passed oyster connoisseurs shucking and moving throughout the party; are guaranteed to bring that unique culinary experience to any special occasion.
THE EXECUTIVE CHEF BEHIND OYSTERS CO
The idea of Oysters Co started with Executive Chef Christopher Murphy’s passion for food and oysters. He wanted to share his passion by bringing this mobile, innovative culinary experience to life and make it accessible for any event. He’s worked at some of the top restaurants and resorts in the country. His passion for food and oysters started at the age of 17 while working at his first restaurant.

Oysters Co offers a wide verity of custom made menus. Just take a look at our recent menus we’ve created. We’ve created anything from Luaus to 5 course wine dinners. Incorporating the Oyster Connoisseurs and assorted grilled oysters into our menus creates an entertaining and interactive experience for any event.
Our Oyster Connoisseurs are a one-person oyster bar that moves throughout the party, interacting with your guests. As they move throughout your party, they are fully equipped and ready to shuck oysters on demand with all our innovative oyster condiments.
